What does a Universal Consciousness soul journey look like?
I am a certified Universal Consciousness facilitator, trained by Peter Smith, author of Quantum Consciousness. The journeys I facilitate follow the fundamental UC philosophies and expanded consciousness facilitation processes developed by Pete, along with the specific guiding tenets for each of various themes (see below).
Each person's UC soul journey will be utterly unique as we follow the intelligence of your Inner Healer to reveal insights and provide experiences suited specifically to you. We hold a deep trust in the process, knowing that whatever happens for you is exactly what was needed at this time.
We'll begin with a free 40-minute initial consultation to help clarify your needs and desires for the journey, and to start sensing into an intention. Then we'll schedule the actual UC journey, usually within 2 weeks.
UC sessions are 2 - 3 hours long and are held over the Zoom video conferencing platform. Although we cannot predict where your journey will take you, there are five major "movements" in a UC session. The sixth step, integration, is an invitation for you to continue reconnecting with the wisdom and energies gained during your journey, and applying them to your daily life.
1. Setting an Intention
Together we hone in on an intention that resonates with your highest evolutionary longing. This intention sets the stage for your UC journey and seeds the Field with experiences that align with your soul's purpose and emergent directions.
2. Relaxation and & Remembering
Next I guide you into a deeply relaxed state, freeing your consciousness to expand beyond the constraints of the local human self. In this expanded state you'll remember and reconnect with your infinite, unique soul essence - the vehicle for the journey.
3. Accessing, Embodying, and Absorbing Wisdom
From your expanded, essential consciousness you will encounter aspects of yourself and/or other beings and energies that have important wisdom to offer. You will also access a kind of "eagle's eye view" allowing you to know the greater purpose of your experiences and of this current life. There will be many moments where you'll deeply absorb the wisdom and energies given - all the way down to your cells and also across time and space, transforming you at a fundamental level. You'll also be shown how this newly-absorbed information can affect your day-to-day life.
4. Sharing New Frequencies
After deeply receiving the "wisdom downloads" you'll be given some time to share and radiate these new energies into the world and universe. Generously sharing your energetic gifts from your expanded state of consciousness not only feels satisfying and in alignment with your true nature, but helps them become a powerful reference point for your soul-radiance-gift. It can be immeasurably satisfying and healing to allow your gifts to ripple far and wide into the collective consciousness and into the fabric of the universe itself.
5. Returning
When the receiving and sharing feels complete, you'll be gently guided to return back to the current moment while retaining the beautiful new knowings and energies. Some people like to take a few minutes in silence to record their experience by journaling or drawing images.
6. Integrating
You'll have the option to record the video session (we do this over zoom) for future reference. Also, I take detailed notes which I'll send to you in a PDF after the session is over. By taking time to reflect on your UC soul journey experience and to meditate and sense back into your newly-acquired insights and energies, you can deepen the impact of the journey over time and enjoy benefits in your daily life.
Possible Journey Themes
While UC soul journeys involve an organic process of revelation unique to each traveller, there are a variety of themes you can explore. These territories provide different experiences, insights, and healing, and you may want to do multiple UC sessions to gain a variety of benefits. Each one of these themed UC journeys can take between 2-3 hours, so you won't cover all of them in one session. And, it may happen that your UC session spontaneously becomes a "hybrid" of one or more of these territories, which is just fine and perfect.

At the most fundamental level of being, everything in the universe has vibration. The universe speaks through us using our physical presence or our emotional landscape (i.e. physical or emotional challenges/ triggers in your life), expressing its vibrational state. In this UC journey, we engage these messages from an expanded state of awareness, knowing they are simply energies yearning to be seen and understood. We thereby integrate and transcend the frequency of the challenge (aka "vibrational echo") to achieve resonance with your optimal state of being - the natural state of your authentic, Eternal Self.

Many highly sensitive and empathic people struggle to navigate this material world because of sensing and/or absorbing all manner of frequencies, energies, and information that are not their own. At the heart of this sensitivity, however, are beautiful and important gifts that are much-needed in our collective at this time. This UC journey helps you access your essential, authentic, infinite Self and understand and absorb the energetic gifts of the real you, while releasing unhelpful "historical noise" around your gifts and clarifying what belongs and what does not. In addition, we'll explore how your gifts relate to your purpose in being here, and how they serve both you and humanity.

Our bodies carry ancestral energies from both our maternal and paternal lines. These imprints hold not only trauma and challenges, but also gifts and resources. In this journey you'll not only learn about the greater purpose for having your particular parents and family, but you'll be invited to give and receive wisdom and healing to both your matrilineal and patrilineal ancestors, and then share this liberatory resonance with generations to come.

For most of us, our eternal soul-consciousness has had many experiences on this planet and has gained many skills and refined many talents. In this journey, we leave linear time behind and engage the power of our soul-consciousness across time and space. Other of your incarnations - aka "parallel lives" - are invited to come forward so you can absorb the insights and energies they offer you. Since time doesn't exist in the expanded, soul-consciousness dimension, you're empowered to connect with past or future incarnations on Earth, trusting that whoever comes has wisdom, gifts, and healing relevant to your current life.
